Join us in beautiful North Yorkshire for a 2 night Glamping retreat. From our base near York, we will enjoy two different stunning open water swimming venues.
 
Emma & Katie will guide you on some beautiful hikes from our luxury campground, beginning Friday afternoon. We will visit Pool Bridge Farm where there are several different lakes to swim in. We will also have time in the lakeside sauna and a picnic lunch in the beautiful grounds or in the on site cafe. We will visit another stunning local lake for a swim and there is an option to add an adrenaline filled inflatable water park session to this visit (£20 supplement)
 
Where will you stay?
Our group will have exclusive use of the whole of a Glamping campsite set in 6 acres of native woodland. The accommodation is in ‘Wigwams’, all of which have a stunning lakeside view. Each heated wigwam has two double beds, ensuite shower and toilet facilities plus a small kitchen area. We have a limited number of larger wigwam lodges that sleep 3 people.
 
Meals
Breakfast and then a BBQ dinner in the evening, which is served with wine, are both included in the cost of the camp. We will feed you hearty & healthy meals to fuel you for the days ahead! Lunch is purchased daily by yourself at one of the bakeries or cafes that we will arrange to visit.

If you are travelling alone but are happy to share with a Pretty Gritty lady, please let us know and we will aim to find a room buddy for you.
There is a £20 supplement if you wish to include the inflatable waterpark experience.
 
To secure your space on this retreat we require a non refundable £150 deposit.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat and you will receive a reminder. Once the balance is due and a reminder has been sent, you have 7 days to make this payment. Once the balance has been paid it is non-refundable.
If the trip is not able to go ahead in 2025 due to reasons outside of our control, We would move the trip forward by one year to the same dates or as close as possible. If you have already paid the full balance at the time that the trip had to be cancelled, we will return the balance to you. The non-refundable deposit will secure your space on the camp in 2026. Please bear in mind that the initial deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel.
It is a condition of the trip that you are covered by a medical and personal accident insurance policy that includes cover for sports activities. It is advisable to also check the policy covers you for cancellation, for example if you are unable to join us on the camp due to illness. Please inform us of any health conditions that may affect your ability to participate in any activities on the camp.
